Masterplan, 22 Ha

 

The masterplan of the golf course refers to the extensive use of water systems in the Angkorian period, creating archipelagos on a territorial scale and as such a propitious geography for new developments. We envision attractive public spaces inside a green framework that offer selected glimpses of the golf greens.

 

Around a driving range, selected retail, restaurants, cultural and recreational spaces will give local customers an alternative to the city centre of Siem Reap. A low-rise but relatively dense development is proposed.

The residential development is characterised by a close relationship between the architecture and the natural environment. A homogeneous new district is imagined, with an identity defined by architectural simplicity relating to its rural context.
